Growth happens through stipulation of one another and egoless competition. We progress through mutual interaction. We have to eliminate the ego sense in any interaction by being aware of where you are and where the other is.
If the person is not on the level where you are, then you should disengage. So we have two choices, either we disengage or combine and grow mutually together. When we disengage, there is still growth because you allow the other person to move according to his or her plan.
It takes a little bit of awareness in ourselves that when we are interacting with others, not to interact with the ego. We have to pause and ask what is the other person really saying or what are they really about. For instance, a person can say something like “this does not resonate with me” what they may mean is , I cannot relate or I don’t understand or I have not had this experience. Likewise another person can mean it in completely different terms like, “I will rather have it my way”. If someone is off the mark with the larger picture then one must disengage because by continuing to commit to something that is in opposition, we actually create negative forces.
The planet is full of negative forces people refuse to disengage when it is necessary to do so . This is a difficult concept to explain but to sum it all up, there is a divine plan for humanity . The divine plan is that we grow by mutual stimulation, egoless competition, and forbearance. By so doing, our life opens in a coherent way and not in a destructive way. There is a solution, which is to have the right understanding of how humans evolve and the right application of that understanding. The divine expects egoless mutual stimulation.
