Here we go again!
As we bid 2025 goodbye, we will never forever the indelible imprint it left in our minds, both individually and as a collective. If you were like me, you likely faced the most insurmountable odds, crossed the densest forest and swarm the deepest seas (it felt like it).
2025, the year of the snake and a nine year in numerology was truly a year of shedding old skin and surrendering the old to make way for the new. I fondly call it the year we clean out the closet in our minds to make way for new ideas.
When we clean out the closet, we are confronted by the things that no longer served us but took up space. We begrudgingly let go of things of sentimental value, things we thought we would one day use but never did. The nine year was also a year of revealing. All of the things we lied to ourselves about, that we pretended was not there, came to light. We saw it as a nation, old wounds resurfacing, emotions run reckless and dinner table conversations kept in secret was now out in the open.
2025 was the year secrets got revealed, what crept in the dark came to the light. A spiritual year of unveiling and the big question asked was, what would we do with the uncomfortable truth?
The focus was spiritual growth, as 9 is often correlated with shaman energy. On a collective level unresolved issues from the past came back to the surface, outdated beliefs and old patterns ran wide.
In a 9 Universal Year, the collective energy encouraged reflection on global priorities, healing societal wounds, and fostering a sense of interconnectedness. It was a year for closing cycles on a personal and planetary level, clearing the way for a fresh start in the coming years.
The heightened focus on spirituality in the last few years wasn’t a coincidence.
If you were not in therapy to unpack and re-evaluated issues that needed your resolution, I hope you took courage to let go as we go into 2026, the year of new beginnings!

If you held onto a relationship, you know does not serve you, now is the time to call it quits and if you have always wanted to begin a project dear to your heart, now is the time to begin setting goals and making plans.

2026 is also a 10 year and in numerology, the zero next to one is the divine energy. It symbolizes divine reset and one as the energy that initiates action.
2026 will be the year when we, as individuals, align with our higher selves and highest purpose. It’s a time to connect with our core identity and act from a place of authentic, divine inspiration, rather than external influence. We are being called to channel this supreme consciousness into tangible form. The ancient wisdom of the I-Ching echoes this theme of potent beginnings.
May 2026 be a year of exciting new beginnings, joy, peace and everlasting love.
