The Rational Mind

Rationality

Rational individuals understand that there exists a type of knowledge that is almost instinctual within every being, a profound awareness that guides all animals through their experiences and interactions. Bees know how to collect honey from flowers, build cells from wax in which they store their honey, and so provide food for themselves and their families for the coming winter. Their queen lays eggs, while the others cover them over and lead her around so that a new generation may be born. They live under a kind of government that all their members know instinctively, protecting their useful members and expelling the useless ones and clipping off their wings. There are even more marvels that are given them from the creator for their use. In fact, their wax serves the human race throughout the world for candles, and their honey for flavoring foods.

Then, what about caterpillars?! the lowest creatures in the animal kingdom! They know how to nourish themselves with the sap of their preferred leaves and in due time how to make a covering around themselves and virtually put themselves in a womb and so to hatch offspring of their own species. Some first turn into nymphs and chrysalides and make threads, and after exhausting labor, grace themselves with new bodies and adorn themselves with wings. Then, they fly in the air as though it were their heaven, celebrating their “weddings,” laying their eggs, and so provide themselves with posterity.

Over and above these particular examples, all the birds of the air know the foods that are good for them—not only what they are, but where they are. They know how to construct nests for themselves, each species differently from all others, how to lay their eggs there, incubate them, hatch and feed their chicks, and expel them from the nest when they can be on their own. They also know the particular enemies they must avoid and the allies they can associate with, all from earliest infancy. I will say nothing about the wonders in the eggs themselves, where everything necessary for the formation and nourishment of the embryonic chicks lies properly available, or countless other wonders.

Then we take a look at human beings! It seems that rationality is not a strong human trait. Think about it for a moment. Why would societies around the world denigrate women when all human beings are born through them? Why would women seek to denigrate themselves with insane pride about their subservience to men?

Why should racism be normalized or pretended to be unacceptable in the open but embraced in the closet knowing fully well that it makes no scientific, genetic or spiritual sense? Why would countries kill and murder innocent people in the name of ideology? Why would we surrender the most important part of who we are (the mind) to artificial intelligence? Why would we venerate pedophiles?

The reason why earthbound animals and the birds of the air are born into all instinctive knowledge while we, who are actually superior, are not, is that animals are in the proper pattern of their life and cannot destroy what is within them from the spiritual world because they are not rational. It is different for us, who think from the spiritual world. Because we have corrupted ourselves by living contrary to the design that reason itself has recommended to us, we cannot escape being born into total ignorance, so that we can be led from there, by divine means, back into the pattern of heaven.

Science does not understand that spirituality is rational and that every creature on earth has an outer and inner life and because we do not acknowledge our inner life, we become disconnected from our natural pattern of growth. Even those that claim to believe in spirituality and go to church, mosques or synagogues, do this out of obligation and societal expectation and not necessarily because they actually believe in divine order, nor make every effort to connect their inner life to divine pattern.

Ancestral Karma and Integrative Therapy

If you’ve been on a deep dive into your healing processes, I’m sure you have probably heard about ancestral healing, curses and ancestral karma. And like everyone else, you are probably stumped on what it is and why it is so important. Given that in the United States, most people don’t know their ancestral past let alone what evils or good they participated in, and in most second and third world countries, stories are passed down the generations leaving many inconsistencies.

With the explosion of information on the internet, we are now finding out that much of what we thought we knew, much of our history is beset with misinformation and omissions, leaving us even more lost within the myriads of information. Without an accurate account of our history, we cannot formulate our identities as individuals and as a collective. A people without a past is truly lost.

As an integrative therapist, I have come to the understanding that our issues are multilayered and can be sourced from a physical, mental, energetic, and spiritual level. All of which can be described simply as our own personal database recorded within us. This database is sometimes called plasma or biofield by scientists. However, how to open and read this database is beyond scientific knowledge. This is where intuition comes into psychotherapy, along with rational thinking, the ability to follow patterns of natural life and find the root cause of a person’s symptom.

Ancestrally Cursed

Over the centuries, because of the unnatural things people have done, coupled with irrational cultural belief systems passed down the generations, it is incumbent upon us to examine these believes, carefully reconstruct and realign with the pattern set by the divine. All ancestors, no matter their race or geographical location is not devoid of bad karma and by virtue of inheriting their DNA, memories and experiences, we each have work to do to take responsibility for what is contained in our biospheres and heal accordingly. Many religions and cultures around the world from Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam and even Christianity all point to the requirement for purification of the biosphere prior to re-entrance into the higher realms or what some call heaven.

What I see about this is simple. It is science, like osmosis. Negativity is heavy and pulls one down, makes one heavy and blocks the lightness that the higher realms require. Burying the head in the sand only means that you will likely continue to play out old patterns that are unhelpful to the natural flow of spiritual growth and development.

The Ways People Deal with Ancestral Karma

There are three main ways people respond to ancestral karma:

Push the Karma on some else

We see this within families, groups, cultures and countries. An example of pushing karma is when an abused parent abuses his children. A person is raped and then grows up to become a rapist. When we deny racism with the infamous response that we are not racist or that we were not there when our ancestors pillaged others even though we are directly benefitting and suffering from the actions of the past. Families keep evil secrets that continue to proliferate down the generations to the extent that people are no longer aware of the root cause of their issues. Pushing karma involves denial, projection and blame. Requiring others to fix the karma so we don’t have to. People who push karma always get agitated when they are confronted by their evil. They don’t like to show emotions or see others be vulnerable because it means they have to confront their own evils.

Withhold the Karma

Many of us are good people. We would not want to harm others simply because we were harmed so we withhold the karma in the body which results in illness. Negative karma rampages the body causing all kinds of illnesses. People then turn to doctors and healers hoping they will take the karma away. However, any cure is temporarily. The illness will live to return another day, forming new conditions in the body. People who withhold like to pretend nothing is wrong, life is good, and they have no issues. They feel uncomfortable around people who are unwilling or unable to hide their evils. Pretending not to have evils does not make the evil magically go away. These people lack authenticity because they have to pretend to be what they are not.

Alchemize the Karma

Alchemizing karma requires a lot of intuition, rationality and action. It is a solemn pledge to transmute the old worn out and unhelpful believe systems programmed into us by society, family and ancestors. We do this by identifying our delusional believe systems, making a choice to do the opposite of what we have been programmed to do and taking steps to put those changes to action. It is real work that requires you to go against the grain, be the black sheep, stand up for what is right and renounce falsities.

Heal and Make Free

You’ve likely been told that no two snowflakes are alike — that each is as individual as a human fingerprint. The beauty of creation is just that. No individual is quite like the next. We each have our own autonomy to think and act for ourselves. We may inherit evils, but it does not mean that we have to take on those same evils as our own.

Anyone who uses a little rational insight can see that we have a freedom to think well or badly, honestly or dishonestly, fairly or unfairly, and that we can talk and act well, honestly, and fairly but not badly, dishonestly, and unfairly because of the spiritual, moral, and civil laws that keep our outward nature in restraint. We can see from this that freedom applies to our spirit, which does our thinking and intending, but not to our outer nature, which does our talking and acting. The reason we cannot be reformed unless we have some freedom is that we are born into evils of all kinds, evils that need to be taken away if we are to be saved. They cannot be taken away unless we see them within ourselves, admit that they are there, then refuse them and ultimately turn away from them. Only then are they taken away, heal and set free.

The desire to live long and healthy lives are so encoded into every fiber of our being that even when life proves extremely difficult, we still want to be here, but I wonder how many people stop to ask why they are here in the first place.

Could it be that we unconsciously know that we have this one earth life and a limited time to heal ourselves and do the karmic work that sets us free? Maybe we intricately know that the clock is ticking away as we remain in slumber and utterly distracted.

Time waits for no one, do the work, renounce all that no longer serves you and make a promise to raise your vibration along the pattern set by the divine.

In love and light.
